I founded Ethical Business Practice to benefit organisations wanting to work ethically, build social capital and reduce their footprint on the natural environment.
I work to benefit people, the planet and generate social profit. Building community, helping biodiversity and supporting good governance are important to me as I align outcomes to the United Nations Social Development Goals.

I was CEO in several prominent universities, at students unions in London and Birmingham, the Business Director at Midlands Arts Centre, and 10 years with British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies as CEO. BABCP accredited 10,000 mental health therapists annually to supply NHS in the UK. I am a volunteer beekeeper, trustee for 15 years and BDAC Executive Committee member.
